Scholarship Program

Lifenet Children's Foundation Inc. has 15 scholars aged 5-12 years from the local area who are now joining the Growing Hope Community Outreach program activities as part of providing development and family support services and receiving support social services from our social workers, including assistance with registering their children and obtaining birth certificates.

We are currently raising support and donations to provide the children with school supplies, uniforms, shoes, bags, and essential hygiene needs to ensure they are able to go to school regardless of their family situation.

The scholars receive school transport from the local council, daily breakfast feeding at school and a Sunday lunch feeding provided by Lifenet.

Lifenet Children's Foundation Inc. has joined a group partnership of local barangay councils, NGO's and the local police station to facilitate a joint scholarship program for some of the neediest children in our area whose families can't afford to send them to public school.

The Inter-Barangay Scholarship program began in June 2019 with the unified goal of together providing education, family, health, and social support services to vulnerable children and their families.

Support A Scholar

Education is the greatest gift!

Together we can make a difference that lasts a lifetime.

Please consider supporting a community scholar for their school needs:

BASIC SCHOOL NEEDS:

Books and school supplies: $13    £10

Uniform & shoes: $14    £12

School bag & hygiene items: $11    £11

Complete Basic School Kit: $38     £30

Eventually we would like to include our scholars as sponsored children in the Growing Hope community outreach program. Until we have sufficient sponsors we are relying on donations and fund raising to support these children to go to school.
